Stuff and Things

Painting still life - for me - requires keeping a lot of objects on hand. Jugs, bowls, glasses, bottles. Vessels. I call the props and my prop shelf runneth over. There are some things I really enjoy painting and others that are kind of boring. But you never know when working on a new setup, what might resonate. Some siaparate texture perhaps. A brick and a flower. You get the idea. Lots of props.
